VINCENTOWN, N.J. (May 16, 2022) - Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports did their best to represent the Pennsylvania Posse hopefuls proudly over the recent weekend, joining the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series for the annual Morgan Cup on Friday and Saturday, May 13-14.
Despite Friday’s program getting ruined by Mother Nature, Saturday went on as planned with Whittall driving on to qualify for the $17,000-to-win main event. The Vincentown, New Jersey, native was scored 15th at the final checkers, advancing from 23rd on the A-Main grid after finishing third in the evening’s Last Chance Showdown.
Although a quick turnaround, Whittall is eager to rejoin the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, continuing his 2022 campaign with a visit to Bridgeport Speedway in Bridgeport, New Jersey, on Tuesday, May 17.
“The opportunities to race in New Jersey are pretty far and few in between, but this is an event we’ve had circled all season. We’re excited to get to Bridgeport and see what we can do,” Whittall said, driver of the JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry, Mid-Atlantic Transport, Pioneer Auto Body, Worldwide Bearings, Enterprise, No. 67 sprint car. “This entire team has been working so hard and I think our results have proven that. The World of Outlaws are the best in the business, but we’ll treat Bridgeport like any other race and hopefully put together a great night for our friends and family in New Jersey.”

Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports will continue their 2022 campaign with another action-packed week in New Jersey and Pennsylvania kicking things off by joining the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series at Bridgeport Speedway in Bridgeport, New Jersey, on Tuesday, May 17. Whittall will continue his week with starts at Williams Grove Speedway and Port Royal Speedway on May 20-21.
