Whittall wages war with High Limit, All Stars and Outlaws; Back to Port on Friday the 13th

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

VINCENTOWN, N.J. (October 9, 2023) - It was a competitive week in the Mid-Atlantic for Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports, and although the New Jersey-based open wheelers were unable to conquer the best in the world, the team had plenty of noteworthy achievements, ultimately highlighting their four-race stretch with a 13th-place score in Port Royal Speedway’s annual Tuscarora 50 on Thursday, October 5. Whittall, a former winner at the “Speed Palace,” earned his 13th-place outcome from 18th on the All Star Circuit of Champions grid, locking himself into the $62,000-to-win blockbuster with a podium run during heat race competition.

In addition, Whittall, ace of his family owned JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry, Mid-Atlantic Transport, Pioneer Auto Body, Worldwide Bearings, Enterprise, Prime Composite Innovations, K Seal, No. 67 sprint car, finished 17th during High Limit Sprint Car Series competition at Bridgeport Motorsports Park in Swedesboro, New Jersey, on Tuesday, October 3. The nearby Vincentown native started 18th on the A-Main scorecard, finishing fifth during heat action to qualify.

Unfortunately, Whittall was unable to qualify for A-Main action in Port Royal’s two-day Nittany Showdown featuring the World of Outlaws on Friday and Saturday, October 6-7. The 23-year-old was forced to conclude his week in Saturday’s Last Chance Showdown.

“It was a huge week for sprint car racing in general and we were thrilled to be a part of it,” Whittall explained. “We had our fair share of positive statistics, but we’re always striving to do better. We have a few more starts on our plate this season. The goal is to go out on top.”

ON DECK:
Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports will continue their 2023 campaign with a visit to Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania, on Friday, October 13. The 410 sprinters will join the Short Track Super Series as a support class racing for $6,000-to-win.

SPECIAL THANKS:
Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports would like to thank all of their marketing partners including: JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry, Mid-Atlantic Transport, Pioneer Auto Body, Worldwide Bearings, Enterprise, Prime Composite Innovations, K Seal.
